Two colleagues from Polarkonsult standing and looking out of the window from the head office in Harstad while they are having a conversation. The view is towards the center of Harstad. Primarily, you see a dock in an industrial area where a blue-green boat is docked. To the right of the boat further back in the horizon you can see a new hotel and apartments.
